u3a is a UK-wide collection of 1000+ charities that provide the opportunity for those no longer in work full time to come together and learn for fun.

We're always keen to increase the range of interests we can offer. If you fancy helping to set up an interest group on a subject you enjoy maybe we can facilitate finding other local people to share your enthusiasm.

We have a monthly get together of members from all interests groups.

Over tea, coffee and biscuits we meet once a month to catch up on the latest news and to hear guest speakers talk on subjects of interest. Topics presented can be as diverse as a behind the scenes look at the Paralympics, Mountain Rescue or Egyptology.
